Main tasks of the Investors and Exporters Assistance Centre within the pro-export service include:

• Identification of the market for a particular type of product/service and investment abroad,
• Help in finding information about potential business partners in exports or investment on selected foreign markets and establishing relations between companies,
• Obtaining and providing to interested companies and groups market information available to COIE:
- foreign reports, analyses, market research, studies, thematic and sector-oriented information on: administrative, legal and financial aspects of doing business on foreign markets including the security of commercial transactions,
• Obtaining and sharing information on the applicable international accounting methods, practices, and techniques of export transactions financing,
• Gathering and communicating information about the forms of marketing to help businesses going international,
• Sharing information about procedures and entities offering funds to finance the exports and investment abroad, with European Union aid programmes as well as national and regional public funds,
• Information and recommendations regarding the use of instruments and entities actively supporting export, both on domestic and foreign markets, such as government agencies, foreign institutions, chambers of commerce, etc.,
• Preparation and support for trade missions to/from the region.
